Source tells me Pablo Sandoval’s contract is worth $17.15 guaranteed, plus incentives.
Love this move.
The Sandoval breakdown: $3.2 million this year, $5.7 million in 2013, $8.25 million in 2014. Takes him through all three arbitration years.

Excellent move. Panda is going to stay in shape after he was grilled over it post-2009. The guy can rake, and with Posey back in the lineup, this will take some undue pressure off of him. Huge upside to this contract, keeps him affordable for quite some time. Not a killer backload either. Now let’s see what Lincecum will go for.
